REFUND POLICY

Customers can adjust the size of the group up until 24hrs prior to the booking assuming that the booking meets the minimum requirements.
Deposits paid for reduced numbers (with warning) will be settled up on the day.

Full cancelations or reschedule requires 7 days notice.

Snipers Den will reschedule within 7 days where possible at company’s discretion – Please call to discuss.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A minimum of 8 players required to book at the Heatherton (Urban) site.
A minimum of 10 players required for the Skye (Wildlands) site.

Changes are subject to availability

Each player is required to book a package to play.

Any player who does not attend will forfeit deposits. Any pre-purchased ammo can be redistributed however.

Snipers Den owns the copyright and trademarks to all intellectual property included on our website including the Snipers Den logo(s). Any entity or person who uses any of the World Series Person name, logo or other intellectual property must obtain consent from Snipers Den.

Snipers Den only retains personal info required to run the session or as required by law. We do not sell or share this information with any 3rd parties.

All pricing includes GST and is in AUD.

COVID-19 POLICY

It is the customers responsibility to meet the current Covid rules in Victoria.

If the current rules dictate that you should not take part, please do not attend.

Even if the rules say you can attend, but you have Covid, please stay home.
